This June 20-21, the European Humanities University and the Scholars at Risk Network will host a network meeting and symposium in Vilnius, Lithuania on "Defending the University: Academic Freedom in Central and Eastern Europe." The event aims to build solidarity among scholars and institutions and to identify practical approaches for defending the intellectual space.
