Robert Quinn is the founding executive director of the Scholars at Risk Network and the former founding Executive Director of the Institute of International Education’s Scholar Rescue Fund. He serves on the governing council of the Magna Charta Observatory in Bologna, Italy and the board of the Network for Education and Academic Rights (NEAR) in London, UK. Mr. Quinn is a lawyer and former adjunct professor of law at Fordham Law School teaching courses in international human rights and US legal systems.
